Precision charters reserves the right to cancel or change arrangements due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If a charter is cancelled by Precision Charters a full refund or alternate day will be offered. Booking cancellation within 4 weeks of departure date will incur deposit forfeiture.

The skipper can refuse entry to anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Alcohol consumption on board is at the discretion of the skipper and we encourage a responsible and moderate approach. The skipper reserves the right to return to Port if any passenger is not fit to take responsibility for their own safety. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
