PRECISION is a 38 feet (11.64 metre) x 13 feet (4.3 metre) flybridge cabin cruiser built to NSW survey requirements by Mariner NSW. It has been well maintained to original standards and was re-powered with twin Cummins 330hp diesel engines in 2004. She currently cruises at 18 knots with a top speed of 24.

The boat is well regarded and strongly built offering a large saloon with comfortable seating and spacious cockpit for fishing, sightseeing or photography. The flybridge offers outstanding opportunity for sightseeing and elevated photography. She carries a current Tasmanian Survey Certificate and all safety equipment to survey standards as well as an extensive electronic inventory. A well appointed galley, full bathroom facility with pressurised hot water and private internal electric toilet are available for your convenience. The boat is comfortable, safe and well appointed with generous space throughout.

Generally,we operate in South East Tasmanian waters between Hobart and Maria Island. These waters include, Hobart and the Derwent River estuary, Dentrecasteaux Channel (Bruny Island), Frederick Henry and Norfolk Bays, Tasman Peninsula including Port Arthur, Shipstern Bluff, Cape Raoul, Tasman Island, Cape Pillar, Fortesque Bay, Pirates Bay (Eaglehawk Neck) and Mercury Passage – Maria Island. Charters outside the normal operational area will be considered by negotiation.

The boat is skippered and crewed by the owner/operators Lynden Chipman and Kathy Heffernan. Lynden holds a current Coxswain Certificate issued by Marine & Safety Tasmania (MAST). Kathy or your alternative crew member hold current certificates in First Aid and Elements of Ship Board Safety as approved by MAST. The appropriate qualifications and experience ensures you are in safe hands. All crew members have a friendly disposition, respect for the sea and appropriate qualifications to ensure a memorable experience is available for all aboard. Male or female crew can be arranged.
